I have noticed that as companies they grow, their quality and attentiveness tend to decrease. 

In 2024, I noticed an increase in BP leads that have been high net worth investors reaching out wanting to 1031 into bigger properties.

@Hai Le - Usually you have to provide written notice / 30 day notice if you decide to not renew their lease or even just asking a tenant to leave.

They send over 3 months of notices from the bank. $10,000 has been collected by the lender and is in an “unapplied” status due to the short payments.
