Recommend ACH payments for a very small-time landlord?  

We have all the same rules and procedures and use QBO for as our accounting software with all forms of payment accepted- online, ach and regular mail.We encourage communication. 

@Corey Meyer my business account I have them pay by zelle or you there are a number of ways for example on apartments .com they can enter info for an ACH transfer.

They had the money in my bank account in a few days typical ACH time frame it seemed.

If they bounce a payment (check or ACH) more than once, I will only accept cash, money order, or cashier's check.

ACH and debit/credit card payments are usually a couple days.

And it took a full week for the check I deposited to clear, and even longer for the ACH payment I transferred from one of my accounts to show up. 

for me it gets tougher and much tougher as I get older.. aches and pains are far more frequent.Living in the Napa valley for years wine was a daily event. and of course a martini before the wine.

On the Rent Redi app, it states a ACH Return has been posted due to insufficient funds.
