Things just require more ongoing expenses percentage wise out of state because you have to pay people to do everything for you and you will have a longer time building relationships with vendors even when getting decent referrals.

Very disappointing….SAVE YOUR MONEY. 

It would be wise to rectify it before transfer of title so your starting off clean and hopefully won't have any issues when you go to sell down the road. 

The tenants have their own W/D so I can’t make money off that.
