I am miserable.

HOAs and condo associations have the power to make investor life miserable with their unpredictable bylaws.

Most of the wholesalers I have encountered are miserably off on the rehab estimates.

I started out with them and it was miserable.

The way I see it, I don't have any resources (or credit, yet), but I also don't have any responsibilities, so if I fail miserably, the only person who loses is myself, and I have plenty of time to recover.Anyway, hello everybody!

@Tara TunpichartiI avoid properties with HOAs, but other investors such as @Eric Hardt has made it work.I don't like dealing with HOA boards, special assessments, and how they might make things more miserable for an investor (changing rules etc). 

We could potentially save anything up to $300 per week extra also, but we don't want to be miserable whilst chasing our dream.Thank you for reading and i hope somehow we can find a solution. 

Even right now with the work I do in the IT field I do very well, I'm making well over the double family median income for where I live and at 25 it's impressive, but it's miserable?
