This is in an effort to let the investment play out and try to minimize their loss. 

Mom and pop sold the park for a price that the market would tolerate.

From SFH BRRRR, flip, or complex syndication apartment deal they all require effort.

You will waste both your effort and others without a clear post.   

Over priced, layout is awkward, junky neighbors, back on market/under contract multiple times, bad photos, bad timing(got buried from other listings, weather occurrence, etc). 

You have to do the math to see if it's worth the effort.

@Benjamin Ying The only way to cash flow in the current market is to employ a higher effort strategy like STR, MTR, rent by the room, etc.The "cash flow on paper" properties in stagnant markets or C-D class neighborhoods are probably not the type of places that you want to own long term.

Hi, Im trying to get some feedback on whats the best programs to do text blasts & voice blasts.  Also integrating them with Podio as well as an option.  It can be stand alone.
