Unless they are buying larger tapes.. the man power to buy from single investors is pretty intense...

Not all banks have enough man power to handle the defaults and use third party services to assist.

The larger size the building, the more manpower it will require.

She will buy a distressed home and I will front the man power and money for all the repairs which might end up being equal to the amount of the house.

+3 months is not normal but the low interest rates are causing major delays due to the increase in applications vs manpower. 

Finally, there is the simple man power side of it.  

Basically, I have the manpower, knowledge, technical trade skills and ambition to be really sucessful in the flipping industry, but don’t have the financial backing or financial knowledge needed to complete large deals.

Problem is that the VA (if that is who is selling) somehow got this and doesn't have time/manpower to do much title research if at all.SWD means that the seller will warrant any title items from the time they took control up to closing. 

I have the financing and the manpower, just need deals.
