I did not do a separate criminal background check as I trusted the info from Zillow (Big lesson learned never to trust the Zillow data again in life).

Kind of hard to tell them to match or I go to the other bank when they are getting messages from the seller and escrow daily that we need to close ASAP.I can't actually push it off for too long since I don't know when the second bank will close and we removed contingencies a month ago.Signed with the first lender and had to swallow the points.Learned some interesting lessons along the way.

Either way you'll learn valuable lessons and gather up experience for your investor toolbelt.

Beyond the lessons from the projects themselves, building a business that’s efficient, diversified, and focused on the luxury market has been a game-changer.

Not sure if there's a lesson to be had there, but that's how I found it.I'll say though that once you know what you're looking for and create an industry specific network, you start to find them with some frequency.
