Having 1/2 the paperwork or just telling them what the ARV is without an appraisal etc. will just lengthen the process (that is what we see the most often).

The only help I would need would be the hole in the desert, but as stated above, that would only lengthen my problem, though provide a feeling of satisfaction!

more difficult, just shorten/lengthen the term...also studio up to 2 bedrooms units are easier to rent 3+bed disaster if its winter time, i saw after 2nd week of Sept 3 bedrooms become tougher to rent.
