Wholesalers are not legitimate agents, so they're not going to have a contract to sign with you or even know how to fill one out.

For instance work clothes might be a legitimate business expense of a contractor, but usually it's not.

But, with the rising cost of everything if you run a legitimate wholesaling business, the end buyers aren't seeing how much money and time was actually spent to acquire the contract.

They have a person that sounds legitimate lined up.
