It’s been an exciting (and sometimes chaotic) journey, and I’m always looking to learn from others while sharing my own experiences along the way.Baltimore is definitely a unique market with its fair share of challenges and opportunities, and I’d love to connect with other investors—whether you’re just starting out or have been in the game for years.

Depending on the type of commercial you want to get into my suggestion is to go work for a company that does commercial real estate as learning from people who do it and getting paid at the same time is not a bad strategy 

Step two is learning to make it profitable.

I have both listened to the podcast and read some of the books produced by BP so it's been fun learning about different strategies people have used to expand and grow their portfolios.

Excited to learn and network.

There are varying opinions on this but mine is: cheap never goes out of style.

Trying to learn that many markets will be overwhelming and you'll just get burned out trying to learn what a good deal looks like in 20 different markets 

They also utilize a department management style instead of the traditional portfolio management style. hahaThat roo sure is buff lolI didn't know that about Yelp.We usually get our investors to post on Google, Facebook and Turnkey-Reviews.I guess we need to request Yelp now also :)You learn something new everyday Speak soonps.
