Maybe put up a barrier between hotub and his camera.Plant trees along your fence line, etc.If there is nothing one can do about a neighbor camera pointed at there pool..... well then there isn't a thing the neighbor can do about pointing a laser-pointer into the lens of that camera and blinding it....

However, while we were cleaning up, we treasure hunted out at least $3000 stuff, including $300 cash on the floor, several un-opened Amazon boxes, new-in-box computer/gaming items, hair tool ($300), YouTuber's gadgets, new with tag heated jacket ($220), an unassembled exercise bench ($500 at least), so many new or near new stuff that you can sell.

One way I have used to find these issues is to use a self leveling laser and mark places at the same level around the space, then measure from there to the floor to determine where it is higher or lower.
