yup the foreclosure rescue buy back went away in 08 in Oregon..  1. you cannot do a foreclosure rescue and rent back at all that is illegal in Oregon.2. you have to be a licensed foreclosure agent to advise on those in foreclosure those licensed are RE brokers  MLO and lawyers.

I’d recommend consulting with a lawyer who specializes in contract law to understand your options and how to protect yourself moving forward.

Lawyers, engineer, architect, expeditor, surveyors, etc pile on the fees quickly. 

Im not a lawyer, Id flip that house though. maybe get the priest to come throw some holy water on it.

Of course the worst case is actually getting lawyers involved and I wouldn't go that route I just wanted to make the basic contract law argument about the PoA's limitation. 

One of our lawyers informed me that you have to issue a 28 day notice to vacate.  

I have to get a lawyer there anyways and talk about the implication of him doing this without notifying me and redo the loan paperwork .

I don't have any pending legal issues at the moment, but I've been thinking I should find a lawyer that I can go to for questions, to review documents, leases, etc so that I can have confidence that I'm not making any silly mistakes that will get me into trouble later on.
