I got an email inviting me to join passivepockets for $195.

Anytime you invite an inspector onto a property, you run the risk of them deciding to poke around other areas of the house and tag code violations that would need fixed.  

My thinking is that if I remove them completely it might bring back a little more curb appeal to the property and make it more inviting to potential renters. 

These posts just invite agents to pimp their city out.Quit stating your intentions if you're new to something, and start doing your own diligence.

We do invite you to review your reservation confirmation email sent on 8/27/2024 that does outline all processes and procedures as well as what consumables are included.

The fact that we can always refer deals to one another and ask for help, (and not feel embarrassed with stupid questions) is very comforting and inviting.

I’m a bit of a market pessimist lately which is why I’m not invited to a lot of parties.

And then once you’ve showed people the place you can look at the people who filled out the pre screen and click “invite to apply” - that’s the part that costs them a little $ and does background check. 

If she really likes the place so much, then invite her to re apply.
