I have been working as a piano instructor from our home for 35 years and have not worked outside of the home since 1994.

All of the classes are online, and presented by different instructors in videos.  

Some really are not fully educated in what they promote, they may not know, but if they do, they don't care, it's about the money.There are also good instructors, but they are not teaching grade school, they are teaching high school subjects in strategies of dealing in real estate, they aren't teaching real estate or the related subjects. 

I only had a few questions on the state exam that where math related and I had already been told by my instructor to focus on the law and principles as they make up 90% of the test.

You need to have the right mindset, be willing to do work and go through our screening process in order to qualify to work with us.For all the agents on here, understand that I have been a certified Continuing Education Instructor in NY, California, Texas and Florida.

Do you have the potential to take a class from an instructor/professor who has invested in real estate themselves.

I have a renter interested and she is a fitness instructor. 

The instructor of the RE coursework suggested that advising another agents client on matters related to real estate was not allowed. 

An extreme case is Hialeah, which my real estate license instructor referred to as "one large code violation".
