Many of the people using an LLC (or multiple LLCs) aren't using them properly and are just as vulnerable as if they had never set on up.

Anyone with a lot of cash and under pressure to do a deal is in a vulnerable position, and having that knowledge cuts down the extent of how vulnerable you are.

Professional landlord" is not a tax term, so I am not positive about what your CPA meant by that.I mentioned a single-LLC setup but he said that that would leave my houses just as vulnerable since they exist in the same corporate entity.
