Sure we express it differently but the underlying psychology is the same unless you are an alien.The reason the gentleman above me is saying this... is because these "inferior" marketing (and I use the word "marketing" very lightly here) strategies work based on luck, and chance.Bandit signs for example... most people will not call a bandit sign number.

If I can do it, who knows.. you could too...Just check it out before going all in, in such inferior lead gen tactics.

I've seen situations where they skim the cream properties for themselves and then try to wholesale the properties that are inferior and that they don't want to fix themselves, either because there is a potential low return or the property needs tons of costly repairs, or are in a bad neighborhood.

I'm not trying to discourage you, however it sounds like your claim is inferior and subordinate to the long time payers, even if they have not significantly improved property (yet).
