A property that is appropriate for, and attractive to, one group of people might be completely inappropriate/unattractive to another group of people, so it's very important to understand the tenant pool.

That is totally inappropriate as they ignore the social, governmental aspects and legal rights of land ownership or real estate principles.

This coin has 2 sides in that I may be inappropriately cautious, or you might be inappropriately aggressive.  

What started as a quick intro turned into cathartic summary of the past seven - eight months. lol Probably should have turned it into two or three seperate posts in appropriate forum areas, but once I started it kind of became a way for me to reflect.

It is inappropriate commentary not only from an economic perspective (which should really come first), but also from a tax perspective.

If they seems shady and you think they will try to "remodel" or use it inappropriately then move on to the next.

I actually had to look up ROAS before I said something inappropriate. haha. 

Trust me, it is my neighbors who fight tooth and nail against new housing in "appropriate" areas.
