The people teaching the class are teaching but they are not the ones that will implement the ideas to propel your success. 

Many will spend all their hard earned cash on training and not leave themselves money to actaully implement what was taught.

We aren't even implementing what we learned because we are too busy dealing with a personal issue and haven't been able to travel much for the last couple of years.

You may need to implement an hourly minimum rate for tire kicker buyers and low balling time wasters. 

Just depends on strategy and implementation.

A matter of fact that was a huge metric for my me and my wife because we were implementing a house hacking strategy moving property to property with 4 kids.  

Let them know that there will be routine quality control checks/inspections so that if your third party inspector finds any issues with quality, the GC will be responsible for paying for the correction.These are just some theories that I think will help and plan to implement when I operate out of state flips.

If we're all being honest (after having interacted with Clayton in this process), it is indisputable that Clayton abides by the "continuous improvement" principle: while one may never reach the point of perfection, that's no reason to settle for "good enough" but instead to constantly take a step back to find the areas in need of improvement and to implement improvements that move the experience closer and closer to the ever-elusive "perfect" state.
