Sure, they happen all the time, to different people, and nobody is immune, but if you're not taking steps to make them a very small part of your own life, then you shouldn't be driving... or landlording.

As if owning a SFR magically makes you immune to sudden large costs. 

In layman speak...bedbugs are pretty much immune to any product you do not need a license to use.

Finally, the vaccine they are talking about is an R.N.A. vaccine that will turn your immune system response to overdrive which will be weakened for the months of mask-wearing so check out all the autoimmune diseases from an immune system on overdrive, let us see Crohn's, Lupus, just to name two.

I don't doubt he's successful with this realm, but no one is immune from making off color assumptions such as 'my standard of living being poor'.  

This obviously doesn't make them immune, but I have seen ALL of the others default on payments at one point or another.

Though I think the fundamentals are way stronger than in 05-08 days because of the regulations and underwriting scrutiny, that doesn't mean they are immune to a correction.

And I don't buy all those that post that think rentals are immune from downturns.. in some markets sure in some markets you will lose renters as fast as you got them.. then what ..
