Everything said and done...this nation is pretty evenly split when it comes to the two political ideologies, for the same reason some people are repelled...others are attracted.

Well I  suspect Reginald your going to be shown the door here shortly.. its one thing to have spirited discourse and different ideology but swearing and name calling is just juvenile behavior  ..   

But maybe with your ideology you'll finance your children's liberal arts degrees in gender studies at private universities because they will "do what they like and do it better" so they can follow their fathers footsteps in condescension and petty insults on online forums.

The difference between those who accept it as if it was the holly bible and those who criticize it, is that the embracers think that the system is perfect ideologically and practically and there is nothing to change or improve.

It seems like you are utilizing cookie cutter ideology and stats while applying it in a macro sense.

As part of my ideology that education should be free, I will be making a monthly post (if not more often) related to real estate, because a better educated society results in better social and economic opportunities for those members of that society.

At a minimum, landlords should keep copies of tenant-submitted screening reports and compare them to tenant outcomes (evicted for none-payment even though tenant's report said tenant always punctually paid, etc.).Unfortunately, ideology (tenant always good, landlord always bad, and vice versa) can only be trumped when the facts are too extensive to ignore. 

It will also affect the private sector, and is beginning to.I think the important thing is to not see this in terms of ideology- but big picture.
