However, you are talking morals and ethics with a gentleman who has successfully done business with perhaps hundreds if not more users on this site and hundreds more who have never heard of BP.  

We have over 10,000 nightly stays per year so its hundreds of guests at any given time and yes we have PMS and automation systems in place as well as a VA but even with all that being a host is tough.

This requires a dedicated effort sourcing and analyzing hundreds of deals to find the one or two worth pursuing.  

They close hundreds of loans a month and charge you for any hold up on their end.

I've owned hundreds of lots and built on very few. 

It is maybe a couple hundred dollars to join and you can attend numerous classes and meetings.

Four years from now, they expect things will go back to normal and things will be as they have been for a hundred years.
