Slow and steady still wins the race. 

My inclination is there will be a race to the bottom on fees with flat fee and a' la carte services becoming more prominent  while larger brokerages create their own "MLS ecosystems".  

Rather than assuming that 30 vague anecdotes translate to toxicity, you’d be better served by asking questions and seeking clarification.For those actually involved in the Gator Lending community, we’re talking about people dedicated to building real estate careers, many of them husband-and-wife teams who are laser-focused on staying out of the "rat race."

My tips essentially boil down to the compounding effect of a lot of good decisions over a long period of time/slow and steady wins the race.

I get it every once in a while but talk about beating a dead horse. 

After that it's a race to retirement I guess.
