Hi All,I've recently acquired a few properties and have started using Stessa (since I get it for free with a BP Pro membership) for bookkeeping.   

The premium membership is great for tracking expenses. 

Some Communities are buttoned-up and intimidating and others are more about sharing and educating - it's critical to find a network that is comfortable for you.If you are planning on investing in even one deal a year, the cost of the membership is likely a drop in the bucket compared with the capital you will commit when investing. 

Guest experience- We have hired VAs that do 24/7 messaging, so guest always have access to someone, we also have an Instacart+ membership so we are able to send anything over if they need it (like if our cleaners didn't put out enough toilet paper, etc.).

You want to make sure your operating agreement addresses your estate plan and how you want your membership treated when you pass.

I'm finally ready to buy my pro membership, but now I realize I don't have the code for a discount that was offered to me several times in the las couple of month.

There was a time that I (through nothing I did purposely) ended up on every guru list of hard money lenders (to be revealed only to those who purchase our platinum membership!).  

Find one that can be custom to your needs, has flexible pricing, no long-term, high-cost memberships, and excellent customer services to determine how to best market to your leads.If you would like a referral code or more information please let me know :)

I tried memberships in the Monroe County REIA, in the Wayne County REIA, and in the Toledo REIA - but the best I've found to date is the Michigan REIA out of Troy, MI.
