The ground floor is occupied by a commercial restaurant, and the upper floor is designated as SRO (Single Room Occupancy) under a pre-existing non-conforming use.

I currently live next door to one of the areas most popular restaurants and my vehicle is somewhat distinctive if you notice it simply because no one else in the area has one, not because it’s an expensive sports car or something.

Uniqueness, location, accessibility and of course excellent, and I mean excellent customer service.We have a 2-3 truly 5-star vacation-esque STRs where we work locally with chauffeur services, restaurants for catering, chefs for on demand meals, etc., dog walkers for their pets-- plenty of services-- that the property managers can coordinate a full service weekend experience for a wealthy elderly couple from New York.

In my opinion safer and nicer with way less of the crime down by the big ski mountains.Yes, they have less chain restaurants and shopping malls….but who goes to the poconos for that anyway?

Think about beach equipment rentals, mom and pop restaurants, maybe a mobile chef or masseuse, etc.

My Ex and I opened a restaurant on an “estimated table turn” per night that seemed reasonable based on what we thought we could get.

Location is also important, as house hackers may seek properties near public transport, schools, and restaurants.

Eric,Pueblo has a lot to offer - Arkansas River Walk, Pueblo Reservoir, Arts Center, Family owned restaurants, Arkansas River activities, close to mountains, Colorado State University -Pueblo Campus, Pueblo Community College, home grown produce - known for peppers, and pumpkins, less traffic, driving distance to Colorado Springs and Denver.
