Being able to look one of these sellers in the eye and tell them that you can, as a licensed agent, either list their property or attempt to assign the contract, assuming wholesaling is legal in your state, is a huge credibility booster.2) Get an entry-level job, hustle, save as much as possible and plan to house-hack when you turn 18-21.

You wouldn't need to keep an eye on other investments, just focus on the one and maximize your cashflow.If I can make a suggestion though...I might be wrong, but I don't think you started househacking to take the simple route.

Check out this recent thread on LLC’s, it’s pretty eye-opening that of all the very experienced investors on here, with centuries of investing experience combined, the consensus was that LLC’s are not needed for most investors:  https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/926/ Of course gurus will tell you that you need one before you even have a single property, because it makes them sound smart.
