A few months ago we added a clause that pertains to who is responsible to eradicate bed bugs because we've had a few issues where tenants want us to pay to eradicate them and we contend that we rent the units when they are empty and it is the tenant who brings in the bed bugs and our pest control company wants $350 to $700 to eradicate bed bugs.

I have also done knob and tube abatement, whereby the electrician eradicates all VISIBLE knob and tube in basement and attic, but properly junctions the connections as the knob and tube runs up walls and through ceilings.

they don't receive the bids because I think their realtors are not doing good job, they dont wanna do any repair and with section 1 everywhere, they dont wanna do any staging ; also when I checked section 1, it's actually not a termite issue, it's only fungi on the deck that can be easily repaired.

Here's the real issue:  "Wood rot from fungi is dangerous because of how quickly it can consume the bones of a building once it has come into contact with them, destroying the strength of lumber and in turn causing cracks, leaks, and overall structural damage."
