The foundation may not have set level for the framer who built the house. 

But if I have multiple teams on site, one sloppy sub quickly spills over to 3 or 4 others.Tools, most subs of mine are good about tools and rarely leave any on site because we often have plumbers, electricians, framers, hvac all on site at the same time, and no one likes their $100 batteries disappearing.  

I am doing owner builder and I have some construction specific questions for electricians, plumbers, framers etc. wondering if there is any good forum I can post my questions and get answers.

But I walked on the Job Christmas eve and most subs  were working we were painting houses  siding them  framers going for it HVAC working etc..

Since this is my first property I've owned and I'm new to the area, I'm looking for any referrals of any great contractors/framers in the area.The work is to replace a beam that is holding up the second story additional unit that was built over the garage.

My framer is not registered in NJ.

The poor framers are going to be chewed out if they cut a 2x4 too short etc.

If any one has any framers they can refer me, that would be extremely helpful.
