Guys, I’m trying to track down one of the guests I heard on the Real Estate Rookie podcast a couple of months ago.

I had a couple questions if anyone's willing to weigh in:1.

That could be a short term rental where people stay a couple nights at a time, someone coming to town for a work purpose for a few or several months at a time like a traveling nurse who signs a contract for several months. 

I am in negotiation for a couple of properties up there and want to interview property managers. 

We sold to a couple which was their first home.

If anything, they might keep creeping up, just maybe not as fast as the last couple of years.If you’re looking to buy in Suffolk, it’s definitely still doable, but expect competition.

You will likely miss some deductions using the commercial tax software but it’s the cheaper option and starting out a couple hundred dollars in deductions missed likely isn’t that big of a deal.
