The best part of this is all the people you know buying flashy things will need a place to rent since the sneaker investment offers minimal return.

Words are meant to convey ideas, and when someone plays fast and loose with words and makes up flashy statements that twist reality to put more money in their pocket....we call those kinds of people con artists. 

You can regurgitate market corrections, crashes and flashy buzzwords all you want- I am glad you're preparing for something that was supposed to happen years ago without having an egg in the basket. 

Don’t believe most predictions you see, even from (often especially from) folks who sport flashy credentials.

The guys with flashy trucks and marketing haven't been great for us2.

Pass on those good flashy opportunities now for greater ones later.

Always planned to be the one to break out, I'm the one with the flashy experiences, the wide open opportunities, the one with ambitions..

I would love to put solar panels and do storm water landscaping etc but those are big ticket items, flashy and expensive.
