Creativity at it's finest!

Hello Alicia and Sid,I am originally from the panhandle, but now live down in Brevard County, (Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, Palm Bay area).

For me the cost of turnover ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars and is a hassle that I do not need.So I have no issue letting rent get $200 below market for my finest tenants. 

Every room/many walls various colors: Brownish/gold 13" floor tile, lavender, beiges, golds, butterscotches, cocoas.

The housing crisis is not left or right, it is government and corporate corruption at its finest.

finest expert, zillow, and most of the internet based quick value web sites are normally quite a bit off, Finestexpert in my experience in my area is pretty accurate on rental rates, this is just my area, you need to be very comfortible with the price you come up with, and no website is going to just give you the magic number.

I think I need a hug and some hot cocoa LOL.

Hey @Patrick Nguyen - unfortunately, I don't think I've ever been to that fine state except en route to DC.  

Using more of a buy and hold strategy, but It's good to see some more inhabitants of America's Finest City...and yes, they're all jealous, haha.
