Pretty much every interest or hobby that my kids have gotten into comes and goes with the passing year or season; however, the skills that I can teach them within that window of interest sticks with them (hopefully). 

Maybe a family who homeschools or would like a hobby farm. 

I'm at a stage in life where my time needs to be allocated most to my career as a physician, to my family, my church, and my other commitments, duties, and hobbies.

Some of my favorites are Portage Park, Avondale, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Albany Park, Irving Park, the south parts of Rogers Park that boarder Edgewater/Andersonville which are getting high income renter pushover.
