I would recommend planning for some unexpected costs on an extensive rehab like this, especially if the current tenant didn't treat the house well.

They have a good selection of quality rugs for reasonable prices.

So your saying select No Damage Protection and just submit an extra charge when it's warranted? 

I can tell you with certainty, we have gone through several extensive IRS audits without any changes to our KBKG Residential Cost Segregator reports. 

However, our seller wanted to actually identify the property prior to closing - they had extension rights in their contract. 

I hope to never need the umbrella insurance, but it provides peace of mind that I have extensive coverage.  

It’s a little concerning, but my guess is because of the filing extension, they’re in no rush to get them out (even though we asked a while back and they said they were aiming for mid-March).  

Because they have to select EACH of your units for the program (not just your account) and there's no one there that can override this apparently computer generated selection criteria (trust me I've "let me speak to your managered" the hell out of this and gotten nowhere).Another thing that I don't like about Booking is that Ive got to remit taxes on my own.
