My head may explode.

Wholesaling, rehabbing and developments are exploding here. 

If thats the case then I would consider investing in those areas before they really explode.

I work on Wall Street, commute 3 hours a day and still have managed to grow a successful (and frankly exploding in growth) student rental property management business at Rutgers University on the side.  

We currently live in Charlotte, NC and are interested in buying in one of the many up and coming neighborhoods that are exploding with renovations, investments, etc.

@James Park - Nashville has been exploding for a couple years and shows no sign of stopping.

There is another consideration though it may be a small one, fire hazard, occasionally they explode, or overhead which can cause a fire or injury to the user.

If the property is fixed up, then there is less chance of someone tripping over a broken sidewalk, electrocuting themselves on out-of-date wiring, or water heater exploding because of corrosion.Just a few thoughts.

As more and more tech companies allow employees to telecommute or work from home, Sacramento and Stockton will explode.
