As for peoples rude comments, in a country where we now clearly have two political ideologies, large government or free enterprise, we can expect the government crowd to always be against the free enterprise side.. hopefully free enterprise will win in November!

One word is usually better to tie things together, while it could be BRENNAN PROPERTIES LLC, dba "BRENNAN"How are contracts going to be printed up, filled in, you'll have a ton of paper work and signatures, you can shorten things with the DBA and LLC.I get a laugh out of very small companies with implications of being some mega structure, thanks for not going there like Brennan American Enterprises.... :)I suggest you keep it simple, say what it is, and make it easy to say and write!

If that's the case, it seems like a B-Corp would be a terrific entity for raising investment capital from private foundations for two reasons:1) Since the primary purpose is not profit, far more properties can fit the model used to qualify properties.2) Since many properties in C/D neighborhoods are not profitable but if repaired would increase the value of the surrounding properties that are profitable, utilizing a privately funded B-Corp in combination with a for profit enterprise would, in theory anyway, be a damn good way to improve a neighborhood, house by house, block by block.I guess you guys are right though...
