You must must disclose to the seller everything including that you are selling it to someone else and how much money you are selling it to that end buyer.

This tenant is a problem tenant and should move on somewhere else.

From what I read (last week when someone else asked a similar question), only foreigners who are permanent residences or some of those here on work visas are allowed to buy a home. 

If you put down 25%, that's equity, but it's also trapped - you can't use it for anything else.  

He can leave - but he will still be on the hook for rent until someone else is found to assume it.Hope this helps.

Even now, I am having a hard time writing this, but I am forcing myself to do this in hopes that it will save someone else from becoming involved with Lee Arnold’s organization.

These agencies began calling me non-stop, demanding I fix the heater immediately and provide the tenant with hotel accommodations during the repair period—or else I’d be issued tickets and face daily fines.I won’t go into detail about how I feel, but anyone in my situation would feel like they just swallowed a bitter pill.
