Long term rentals are the easiest since you won't have to deal with cleaners and maintenance issues are relatively easy to deal with by calling someone. 

The source of the loan does not matter.So yes, if you borrowed $100k and used $50k to buy B and another $50k to buy C - you deduct half of the interest against B and the other half of the interest against C. 

I purchased both as a package and for the next six years enjoyed great cash flow as I paid the tax on the house lot annually at about half of what it should have been and neglected to pay anything on the tennis court lot.

The combination that this niche offers first-class care to those that need it most and the potential for it to become profitable for many years to come definitely has me interested in learning more about opportunities investing in RAL.We are renting in our current assignment, but we will PCS in about a year and a half.

We have emails, video conferences, secure portals etc etc.We do have a physical office, and half of our clients are local.
