When I say that’s all that I do, let me tell you what to expect in the life of a landlord and all that they do. 3 am Christmas Eve Tenants call-Furnace went out.I get up, phone calls made, emergency call, expensive triple overtime to the Heating Contractor, Tenant has heat.

Drywaller is supposed to be there on Sat to start and promises finish by Tuesday.Sat eve rolls around and I drive to the project anticipating seeing walls and not bare framing to find...nothing.

On my list for Friday eve.

Three weeks later, after moving him, he tragically died by being hit by a car New Year's Eve a block from the apartment.  

Do you think he should caring a house with money coming out the eves and windows, or doors?

GF has to pick up grandaughter Mon eve or would have come.

Having been an entrepreneur for the past half century  and bringing 5 children up in our family biz has only served to balance our family pendulum overall and moving forward.I remember many a Christmas Eves, Christmas Days, New Years, Easter, July 4th, family birthdays and every/other holiday that has come and gone over the almost 4 decades we've run our biz's. 

The exterior needs paint and some of the eves need to be replaced.
