As we age much of a fear is being a burden to our children.When we are raising them we strive to provide for them.

My sons are of homebuying age but the barriers to entry are so much higher than they ever were before.

Cash flow, especially in this day and age, helps keep the property afloat and paying for itself without you having to put more money into it.
