If you want to get around this simply require ALL credit reports be given to you for the purpose of supervision of your agent to prevent discrimination against protected classes under the Fair Housing Act.I would not pay any lawyer a dime if they could not prove this appropriate business purpose.Does the person that wrote the following sentence practice out of form book?"

A company adding more options to a plan instead of trying to Nickle and Dime me with upsells.

I'm in the camp of not nickle and diming, but if much of your competition is doing it, I get it.

You also need a massive marketing budget to get all of these off market properties coming your way.Flipping contracts when you don't have a dime to your name is in most states illegal, almost never scalable, and just from a human standpoint very questionable ethically.  

The law says you have to let her out of her lease if she feels threatened or experiences violence, but that doesn't mean she gets to stay in a hotel on his dime any time she wants.

At this point a tenant that's been evicted before know the process and why wouldn't he stay longer if it doesn't cost him a dime?
