If not sure start with QuickBooks desktop which you can use as a property management software and accounting management software.

Brandon,For the cost, Quickbooks Pro Desktop is about $200 and well worth the price.

I've called several places looking for a quick BPO or desktop appraisal, but all the places I called say they don't do this for multi-family.
