That it can impact your 5 star review more than what you can charge on a daily rate.

I have been pressuring daily the builder for answers and im not getting any updates.

However, we still get beat up on a daily basis over our fees.I left one of the largest PM companies, who had those exact fees, and started my own business with the sole intention of eliminating all of those fees.

I had a renter that rearranged all the furniture, left everything absolutely filthy, grease spilled all over the counters and oven, food spilled on the floors and table, trash left everywhere, etc.

These are natural food for Tilapia. 

They did not make me aware of the daily compounding interest this would cost me.

And for 3 months I’ve been calling daily.

If these are even an average sized breed they can eat through a lot of food in a day/week/month.So the first thing is to get yourself financially stable.

Bloody oath I do mate.It's never their fault and always yours (Ours).They rarely take any responsibility and cry victim.It's crazy to think but it's like many intentionally look for drama and deep down inside don't want success but rather problems.Someone to dislike and blame and to feel wronged by.All other personal and "at home" issues can now be blamed on this one unfortunate scenario.This "drama" per se is like food for the hungry and they need such drama in life to "survive".My apologies if my above comments sound weird as they are more so from a philosophical standpoint and just some thoughts that I have considered after 5,000+ investor intro calls and as you have mentioned, others feeling wronged by me or my company on many occasions.What a $#@% way to live IMO but I don't judge and sleep in peace.Again, I have been "wronged" by many but consider it my own fault.I also don't call them out publicly or post bad reviews, etc... 

It was a very long drive. 18 hours in total on the open road, I would sleep in my car along the way and live off of gas station food.
