I have been practicing my deal analysis daily, but it's hard to tell if my numbers are accurate without comps. 

Most fields to become world class at something take 5 to 10 years of consistent work and improvement on a daily basis.Today about 21 years in with commercial real estate I have tons of business and also properties I can purchase.

For those in coaching they advertise daily calls & things like that but the coaches there today are not very experienced.

This is something I hear almost daily from investors.

There is a lot of misconceptions still, about what it is, how it is mined and how it could penetrate daily lives even more than the internet did and does. 100k is the low end...Mcafee ( the security software guy) is a coin miner and says that he bets bitcoin hits 1 million by 2020 or he will eat his own private parts.

The Housing Wire Daily podcast has great insights into rate movement and forward estimates.

They have daily webinars, you can call your mentor pretty much 24/7, so it's real interaction.

It was basically the perfect storm that lowered occupancy and in consequence average daily rates.
