Asheville used to be a cute little hip town but now what I've seen is moves towards being strictly a tourist town, forgetting the residents.

They are way too cute and majestic.2.

Adair Park, Capital View, Oakland City and the Westend....all have alluring homes...cute arts & crafts bungalows...the beltline.....but until something is done about the crime in those area....it will fizzle out again.  

If it doesn't improve rents or reduce vacancy then it should not be done.Too many people turn their LTR properties into an act of love - cute, romantic and financially sub-optimal.

It's weird because there are many videos showing this cute quaint side to Monroe--Tiktoks showing gentrified "My Day in Monroe GA." 

The house was cute from the outside with a nice roof open front porch, early 1900s, and the yard was amazing with mature walnut trees. 

This is rough math so don’t get cute and tweet at me all the little things we don’t account for.

We arrived on Saturday 12/23, the apartment is very cute at first glance.

Those individuals are running puppy mills to suck you into an investment that you think is cute but after a year you are going to wake up next to a dog you really don't want.
