Our plan is a "Safe Harbor" plan which just means it's not very customizable.

Life insurance is an infinitely customizable financial tool.But, you have no idea how many people rely on me to take a second look at their IBC/BYOB proposals.

I think you can't really look at it as a customizable CRM though, that's where it fell short for us.

In fact Excel is super powerful and customizable to do everything I need

Any contract is customizable, and your attorney should be able to write up the perfect contract. 

Hi James, this definitely sounds like an interesting situation; since I'm not as familiar with the estoppel process, I'll defer to others but I will say once you've decided to move forward with the 3 family complex, there are a lot of tools out there that can help you to manage your entire rental process (including customizable online leases), in addition to you being able to list the unit on 10+ major sites with a single listing; in addition you can request tenant screening applications, online rent collection, and automated maintenance tracking + messaging, just to keep the process seamless).

LOL)Now they've added a truck load of features like direct mail, customizable websites, contracts at the push of a button (pre-filled with your info), updated cash buyers, videos of props on site, and much more.

The keys for us were having an online system that my partner and our VAs could access and something that is customizable.

It's greatly customizable.
