But no one that stupid is going to ever get to the point where they are entertaining a 100-unit, so there's no point in trying to market to that person, they don't really exist at that scale (and, to they extent that they do, they aren't falling for real estate scams, they are falling for crypto/nft/blockchain/ai [+ next years buzzword, whatever that is] type scams). 

Forgot to add this: if a certain crypto is used/trusted more, which is that? 

I didn't predict the latest **** coin or invent some crazy business; I just house hacked a few properties and increased my income slightly by leaving the military for a better paying government job.

Made good money for a while then the market turned and he lost a lot of coin ...  

I am rather vocally against crypto currency, mainly because I don't understand it.

Think the Crypto industry, who is literally begging for clear regulations.

I invested some in crypto when the hype happened and lost most of it when I had to sell for cheap.

Or was it just an unwritten side deal where you said, “look, here’s another 10k in crypto” or whatever?!?

Crypto is always very volatile and as for stocks, well we're real close to a record for the Buffett indicator (stock market value / GDP) which along with some other indicators, makes me think it's likely overvalued. 

These GenZ are going to destroy/modify everything.Our asset as baby boomers (or a gen after that) is mostly single family, while these-kid value proposition is offering crypto which is intrinsically meaningless but started to get accepted in mainstream way of doing business ,*and* since they don't have anything tangible to sell (they could only sell real estate in metaverse)...i would expect they would replace these model as well.i kind of agree this very important topic is mostly relevant to generation.while every top realtor here in BP would reject changes, these kids are going to change everything that we know, it's for bad or worse i dont know lol
