Should I take out equity in the home towards a crash pad and/or doing some minor upgrades on the home OR should I save up to get into air BNB arbitrage to increase my money flow and put that towards fixing the home and eventually obtaining a crash pad.

While property values crashed I was raising rents right through it.

Got rehab pics and started getting rent for a few months then it all came to a crash.  

I might be eating these words later, but as far as I can tell, at least here on the Oregon Coast and beyond the market crash everyone is waiting has not materialized. 

So unless your high volume trader in real estate and real estate debt the chances of this happening to you is as I said like the same chance of getting hit by lightning or being killed in a commercial plane crash. 

I am a NY investor who invested some years back in Springfield MA during the real estate crash in 1992 where condos selling for $110K were sold at auction for $40K.

But when it comes to watching people say we are headed for a market crash like what happened in 2008, this frustrates me.

We do cash flow, we do appreciate, and we don’t crash that hard when the rest of the nation does.
