A more realistic expectation is 24 hours which will ensure we can arrange any repairs or corrections with a team, handle it in person, etc. be curious how this plays out as I worked for local developer for a while and developed several properties in Alexandria (Specifically old town) and while the city is challenging like any city - they were mostly realistic.

I think it lies in that a lot of service providers in the real estate space are incentivized(money wise) to promote thier business.Real Estate agents are a small business, the more clients they have, the more money they make.Property managers are a small business, the more clients they have, the more money they make.Lenders, correct me if im wrong, are tied to some sort of bonus structure, the more loans they generate, the more money they make.More promotion leads to more awareness which leads to more money

- You or the PMC can get 3 bids, but who is going to know how to accurately compare them and understand if something is missing - that will require more work+charges once the project has started (a standard tactic by many contractors!)?
