@Thomas Farrell if you have any experience managing property/construction projects, I would look in to flipping properties and keeping the once that you see an acceptable cashflow on when finished.

Additionally, how can I estimate the total cost of construction and figure out whether the cost of land is worth it?

I called back again and asked for the Supervisor and 2 weeks later still no call.Based upon my experience, I would strongly urge anyone to be very careful doing business with Ron LeGrand or Financial Freedom.
