Can you actually sell your Air BNB as a business?

I have smelled it in the halls and in the other tenants air vents.

If it's a contact, then you can work with your cleaner to be that local contact.

Find a cleaner and a few good handy men or tradespeople. 

Our house down there is the same way, with a metal roof, open air, then a concrete floor or roof above our 2nd floor living quarters.

I think broader consumer taste is killing malls, which includes online shopping, but also even where people are choosing to live and how they are spending their time/money, more broadly.I worked for a company that bought a failing mall back in 2012 (online shopping was "killing retail" then too), redeveloped most of it into more open air power center and sold.  

I appreciate your marketing skills at trying to shut down naysayers with half truths and I also appreciate you airing my private financial information on a public forum thankfully it is only partially correct.  

We have a cleaner and some handymen on standby just in case.
