What company have you chosen?

A personal goal of mine and one of the first steps i have chosen to achieve my greater goal is to first make sure myself and my family never need or want again through real estate and other investment opportunities.

For his firm, he has chosen to be compensated by managing traditional investment portfolios, so anyone using annuities would take away from his potential AUM so he tries to attract and convert them.

So I would educate them on the fact that they were given a gift for many years, and now that you have finally chosen to raise rents to market (so that you can make the profit that you deserve) they will have to wait for a year so that you can put aside some of your new (and well deserved) rent increase to pay for their nrew floor.

It can generate better returns, or at least more predictable returns than other asset classes like stocks, bonds, crypto, and other alternatives. 

One thing I did was create templates for different types of investments, stocks, crypto, so I can quickly update them without creating new docs from scratch each time.If you're open to trying something new, I’ve also used Excel, especially with its built-in templates for tracking finances.

However, if you’re committed to a specific suburban area, working closely with a local agent who knows the market well could be invaluable.Working with an Agent: Starting with a knowledgeable agent in your chosen market can definitely help streamline your efforts and prevent that analysis paralysis.
